There is a place where the dead walk among the living.
Along the coast there lies a small, quaint town. Hicks Bay, New Zealand. To anyone looking down on it, the town would seem to be one of those placed you only dream about. With perfect, simple homes, friendly people, and a calm ocean bordering it. Unfortunately that is not reality. Only the people of the town know what is really going on. No one knows who is living and who is past.
